In 1998, while on holiday in Sweden, Bas Rutten was involved in a confrontation with a number of door staff at the trendy Spy Bar in Stockholm. By all accounts, UFC Heavyweight Champion and a three time King of Pancrase world champion was attacked by a group of local bouncers hell bent on having something to prove.
